What I think of Jurassic Park.

I think Jurassic Park would be epic in real life if they only ever created herbivore dinosaurs. Carnivores are too unstable and do you really want the attractions eating the visitors. However as my father pointed out- it is the same as Lions who could at any time try to eat guests.

Closest Living Relatives

WHAT are the CLOSEST LIVING RELATIVES of the Dinosaurs?

Many arguments can be made to what animal today is the closest relative to the ancient beasts from long ago.

The most likely animal is a bird. The bone structure is most similar to that of a dinosaur. A Chicken has been said to be the closest relative.

This was posted 5 years ago on yahoo questions-
An Emu, an Australian flightless bird, is so close to dinosaurs that geneticists are trying to 'reverse engineer' them and bring out the dino dna. No joke. By 2020 or sooner, you may be able to buy an 'emusaur egg' and have a pet prehistoric critter.

Archaeologists

What is an archaeologist?

An archaeologist is a person who studies the remains of dinosaurs. They excavate and dig up dinosaur bones. Then put the bones together. This is how we know so much about the creatures that lived so long ago. When an archaeologist puts the bones together they do it like a puzzle seeing where different pieces fit.

From this we can see how dinosaurs move, what they ate and pretty much everything about them.
